Pollinate’s merchant-funded loyalty program was this year rolled out across the UK to all Tyl by NatWest merchants. Branded ‘Tyl Rewards’, the platform allows participating businesses the ability to set up a loyalty program in minutes to reward its regular customers.
Set up 11 years ago, Winchester-based catering and café business, The Little Kitchen Company piloted Tyl Rewards ahead of its launch in April 2021. Having used the service for a few months now, founder and owner, Cait Salanson, has been able to tailor rewards for her customers based on their spending habits, and further cement the strong relationships the company has built with local shoppers and diners.
